biting the hand that feeds you

uh oh

I have not really commented on the immigration issue, because it is a very complicated situation. Amnesty is a bit of an unrealistic goal, but there has to be some way of creating a legal way for illegal immigrants to become citizens. A lot of our rules on citizenship need to be reevaluated, especially the idea of duel citizenship. The picture above is not going to help the illegal immigrants cause and it also appears that some (I'm not sure how many) of these Mexicans believe California and Texas were stolen from them.

This is the type of issue that could radically shake up the next race for the White House. Neither party's leadership wants to alienate millions of potential future voters, but Americans are increasingly becoming outraged about this issue. There's a real chance for a strong third-party candidacy and perhaps enough Red states will split on this issue to open the door for Clinton.

Isn't reconquista the same as Zionism?

I guess this comment is tied to an assumption about what I believe about Israel. History cannot be unmade but the creation of that state was a mistake as far as I'm concerned.
